1. Services Provided
Cooloola Coast Handyman offers general home repairs, maintenance, and improvement services throughout Tin Can Bay, Cooloola Cove, Rainbow Beach, Gympie and surrounding areas.
All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and the scope of work agreed upon before commencement.
2. Quotes and Pricing
- Quotes are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
- Prices are based on materials, labour, and time required.
- Any variations or additional work requested after acceptance of a quote may incur extra charges.
- All amounts are in Australian dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST where applicable.
3. Payments
- Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Accepted payment methods: bank transfer or cash.
- Late payments may incur reasonable administration or collection costs.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand plans can change. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
If insufficient notice is given, a minimum call-out fee may apply.
5. Workmanship Guarantee
We take pride in delivering quality work.
- All work is performed to a professional standard using appropriate tools and materials.
- If you're not satisfied with any aspect of the completed work, please contact us within 14 days so we can review and address the issue promptly.
- This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or materials supplied by the customer.
6. Safety and Access
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property for the purpose of carrying out the agreed work.
We reserve the right to refuse or postpone work if conditions are unsafe or access is restricted.
7. Liability
While every care is taken, Cooloola Coast Handyman is not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage or faults at the property.
- Loss or damage caused by third parties or unforeseeable circumstances.
- Any indirect or consequential loss arising from work performed.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies you are entitled to under Australian Consumer Law.
8. Privacy
We respect your privacy and handle all personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Your contact details are only used for communication, scheduling, invoicing, and relevant record-keeping.
